A Few of My Favorite GF Snacks!

These are just a few of my favorite gluten free snacks:


RiceWorks Chips! All are gluten free, most are dairy free with except of the cinnamon & the parmesan flavors (according to the RiceWorks FAQ).






Enjoy Life Snacks are gluten free, dairy free, nut free! I like several of their snacks.
The chocolate chip cookies & their snack bars are great too!



I love that these Glutino pretzels are gluten free/ casein free!

These are great with hummus~!

These are great to throw in the purse for a gluten free protein snack!

  1. You eat turkey pepperoni to? I don't know anybody who eats it but my family...lol.. I love it. I also eat turkey bacon instead of regular bacon. I almost never eat pork. It's not very good for you. Some of those snacks look really good... I think I may try some. Can you get them at giant eagle? I have seen hummus... but wasn't sure about it... I have never had any before. What's it taste like?

  2. We like turkey bacon too :) I get all these at Giant Eagle or Marc's. Giant Eagle should have all of them though. The Snickerdoodle & the Pretzels are awesome. The hummus is good too. It has it's own unique flavor, maybe try it on some Tangos chips, the Red Pepper is a favorite here, but there are tons of flavors!

  3. Love rice works and hummus. Yum! Don't mean to be gross, but do you ever find that eating gluten free makes you constipated? It does for me. My stomach is sensitive to lots of veggies. It's a bit gassy, so I have to go easy on the cabbage and broccoli. What do you do?

  4. @Weather Anchor Mama: Rice Works are some of the best crackers! Actually I am the opposite, I was constipated when I wasn't gluten free, and am not now. But a lot of people have said the same thing, maybe a lack of fiber in some gluten free foods compared to gluten-y ones?
    I eat a lot of brown rice, I find that keeps me " regular ". I also eat a lot of fruits and veggies, but since they make you gassy I am not sure what else would help :(
