Shout out for myself :)

January 17, 2009 (4 years ago)  I quit smoking cigarettes. January 

17, 2007 (6 years ago) I first

 started working out 5 days a week and haven't stopped since. 

Happy Anniversaries to me :)

New Year's resolutions CAN be successful and turn into a new 

lifestyle.

Just stick with it ;)
