Menu Monday!

This Flourishing Life has started Menu Monday!


So. here's my menu for the week:

Monday: Spaghetti w/ Meat Sauce
Tuesday:  Meatloaf
Wednesday: Thai Chicken
Thursday: Tacos
Friday: Chicken w/ Asparagus & Brown Rice
Saturday: Leftovers
Sunday: SUPERBOWL FOOD
  • Wings
  • Loaded Nachos
And yes! It's all gluten free dairy free around here!
You can be gluten free and have tasty food :)
